Much of my time is spent developing software for internal use. This includes engineering calculators for materials and parts, our scrap system, production schedule tracking, an inventory locator, a quality performance tracker, a barcode + printing system for tracking inventory levels, and more!
Process Development

Many of my projects are self-led to create processes to improve organization and accuracy. This includes designing a change management system for external communications, developing an IT onboarding process, and more!

I am responsible for “hidden” websites that support our end users. Some include support documentation and forms, while others allow customers to quickly and easily start the process of ordering replacement parts. I am building a vendor portal to entirely automate a process that used to take nearly 5 months to do by hand.
Marketing Support

I also support the marketing department… often. I am currently spearheading an effort to bring the public websites into ADA compliance to ensure they can be used by everyone. I create quarterly and on-demand analytics reports and make suggestions to improve website performance, and aid in Search Engine Optimization.
Data Protection Specialist

While implementing GDPR across RAE’s 8 public websites, I was appointed as the company’s Data Protection Specialist. This means that I am responsible for developing and managing the systems we use to protect the data of people who visit our websites!
